​GENERAL RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer is responsible for damage to rentals due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Customer agrees to pay the charges to replace rental items so damaged, and incurred shipping charges. All rentals shall be returned in good condition. Customer is responsible for loss or damage to rentals from theft, mysterious disappearance, fire or any other cause. In accepting liability for the safe keeping of all rented items, Customer agrees to pay the replacement cost of any such items which Customer is for any reason unable to return at the end of the rental period.
